Integrations

Raincurve reads from the systems you already run and writes results back into the tools your teams use. This page lists supported source types by domain.

Data sources

DomainSource typesUsed for
NetworkSNMP traps and polling, syslog, streaming telemetry, flow records, neighbor discovery, routing stateTopology, alarms, causal grouping
FacilitiesDCIM, power and environmental monitoringPhysical dependencies, tenant impact
ComputeHost metrics, out-of-band management, hardware healthNode health, placement
GPU and AIGPU health and error counters, interconnect state, serving metricsInference and training reliability
OrchestrationContainer orchestrators and batch schedulersWorkload placement, scheduling events
CloudProvider APIs for managed services, networking and load balancingCloud dependencies
ApplicationOpenTelemetry, logs, APMService symptoms and dependencies
InventoryCMDB, IPAM, network source of truthEntities, ownership, requirements
ChangeChange management, CI/CD pipelines, maintenance calendarsIn-flight work for verification

Outputs

DestinationWhat Raincurve sends
IT service managementOne ticket per incident with origin, hypotheses, evidence and affected services
ChatIncident summaries, verification results and approval requests
PagingRouting to the team that owns the origin, not only the symptom
Change managementVerification results attached to proposed changes
ReportingPost-incident timelines and audit records

Normalization

Signals from different vendors and tools are normalized before reasoning: each entity is assigned a role (for example core, aggregation, access, server, GPU node, service), timestamps are aligned, and alarm types are mapped to a shared vocabulary. This is what lets the same model work across mixed-vendor estates.

Clock alignment

Management systems often disagree on time. Causal grouping tolerates moderate skew — in published testing, offsets up to 60 seconds had little effect — and known offsets between systems can be corrected at ingest.

ConnectorsSpecific connectors and versions for your environment are confirmed during the Tier 1 assessment. If a source is not listed, ask — most systems expose one of the formats above.
