1. Introduction

Raincurve SRE ("Raincurve", "we", "us", or "our") operates the Raincurve platform, including the website at raincurve.com and the platform at platform.overcastsre.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our services.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials.

Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with our platform, including pages visited, features used, and session duration.

Integration Tokens: When you connect third-party services via OAuth, we store access tokens securely to maintain the integration on your behalf.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our reliability intelligence platform
  • Analyze your logs and traces to detect error patterns, deployment regressions, and reliability signals
  • Deliver AI-powered incident insights to your development workflows
  • Communicate with you about your account, updates, and support
  • Ensure the security and integrity of our services

4. Data Retention

Log data is retained for the duration specified in your plan. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Upon account termination, we delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We do not share your log data with third parties except as necessary to provide our services (e.g., cloud infrastructure providers that host the platform). All sub-processors are bound by data processing agreements.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+), encryption at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. Integration tokens are encrypted using AES-256.
