End User License Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the Raincurve platform, integrations, SDKs, or CLI tools (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. License Grant

Raincurve SRE grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with your subscription plan and this EULA. This license does not include the right to sublicense, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the Service.

3. Integrations and Third-Party Services

The Service connects with third-party platforms including but not limited to Vercel, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Fly.io, Railway, and GitHub. By authorizing these integrations, you grant Raincurve permission to access data from these services as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the authority to grant such access.

4. Your Data

You retain all rights to the data you send to Raincurve (logs, traces, metrics). We process this data solely to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your data. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service
  • Resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorization

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raincurve shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data within 30 days of termination unless retention is required by law.
